I'm Jared, a filmmaker and motion designer based in Vancouver who's been making things move (both literally and digitally) for the better part of a decade.

Over that time I've built in-house production studios, grown social channels from zero to six figures, and helped brands tell stories that actually connect — from product launches and social campaigns to documentary-style content and brand explainers.

Before filmmaking, I was deep into parkour, and still am. Eighteen years of training how to move through space, plus collaborating with Vancouver's street dance scene, taught me a lot about rhythm, timing, and how movement tells a story. That physical understanding shows up in how I approach camera work, animation timing, and how shots flow together.

 

I work across the full process: concepting, storyboarding, designing and animating in After Effects, editing in Premiere Pro, and creating music and sound design in Ableton Live. I'm kind of obsessed with how audio and visuals work together. When you get both dialed in, something clicks that's bigger than either piece alone.
